Q: Hi there, my son has locked himself out of his I pod by changing his passcode and then forgetting it! What can I do?

Hi Guys,

I'm writing on behalf of my son.  On Friday he changed his passcode on his new I pod touch and has now forgotten his passcode.  What can I do to help him?
