Q: Siri does not work

SIri understands nothing. Hey Siri Activation not possible. After upgrading to 10.0.02 it worked - after two days now that problem. But Siri works with headset an via Bluetooth in my car. Turnded Siri off and on and did hard restart (Power+Home). Using Video and dictation works - so microphone between iSight-camera is working.

When you updated the iPhone, did you go through the Siri set-up or did you skip that part?

Without any changes SIRI works now.
