Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
I see that you are constantly getting Apple ID sign in requests, and you have even recently just changed your Apple ID password. This is something that shouldn't be happening if you are signed in, I can imagine wanting to get this resolved quickly. I can help you with this.
First, I would advise signing out of iCloud and the iTunes and App Store on your iPhone, and then sign back in to see if you get the same result.
To access iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud. And to access the iTunes & App Store, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
