Q: Matching similar audio files in FCPX
I have two different video clips, one is 6 hours long, and the other is 2 minutes. Both video files have the same song. I wondering if I can use FCPX to use the 2 minute clip and match it to the clip that is 6 hours long. That way I don't have to go through 6 hours of video. Is there a quick way to do this? Thanks.

Thanks. The only thing marked in the clips are the characteristics between the two audio files in the clips, and they are not exactly completely identical. Both clips use the same song, but Clip A is a live performance, while Clip B is the studio version, so they would not be exactly the same, but pretty close. I'm just wanting to use clip B to find Clip A quickly. I'm not syncing, like connecting a starting and a stop point from two different clips; I'm wanting to use a close enough clip with similar audible characteristics to find the original clip I'm looking for quicker. It's more like overlapping, not syncing. Is this doable?
