I bought iPhone 7 plus two weeks ago. Today i started to notice that from ear speaker the sound is distorted when i put the volume all the way up. I restarted my iPhone few times but this doesnt help. Speaker is clean. Can this be a factory defect?

Hello, I have similar issue with ma iPhone 7; it sound perfectly with Bluetooth but the sound/volume very low with head/ear phones. I maximise the volume but the same issue. I was wondering whether all iPhone 7 users are experiencing the same issue. Thank you.
I'm having same issue w/my 7 Plus, distorted speaker, crackling even when volume is very low. I just started noticing this earlier in the week (after purchase of 2 weeks. Tomorrow, 2/26/17, makes only three weeks, I am very disappointed! I purchased the 7plus, 256 GB, Glass Screen Protector, and rose gold Tech 21 case that was not suppose to fade, etc like the other ones. Well that's not true. The first time I laid my phone face down on my Red Targus iPad Air 2 case/cover, the white was pink, I cleaned it with alcohol prep pad, most came off, not all! Now I wipe the white trim down daily, and it's fading, and looks constantly dirty.
