Q: Apple ID 'doesn't exist' when I try to view purchases. Why?
Hello,
I accidentally purchased a song around 8 days ago, and I wished to utilise my right of withdrawal to cancel the purchase. Unfortunately, when I clicked to report a problem and was sent to the page, I attempted to sign it but was told;
'You must use an Apple ID that has previously been used in iTunes. Sign in again with another Apple ID.'
My Apple ID does exist, I have had it for nearly 5 years, and I have used it to purchase this item, so why does it say this?
What can I do to fix this?
Any help is appreciated.
