Q: All videos not playing (including recorde videos, Youtube, Twitter, Whatsapp...etc) since updading to iOS 10

From time to time, all types of videos would stop playing on my iPhone 6S Plus including videos in Photos, Youtube, Twitter, Whatsapp and every where else. It would get back to normal only with a restart. Force closing all apps won't help, changing network, locking and unlocking or anything else. I have iOS 10.0.2 and all apps are updated.

 

This is so annoying please help!
