And just how are these people accessing your phone?
SInce the update all one has to do is push the button twice and my phone opens to all features as opposed to swiping to unlock and entering my passcode to make a call or anything else
YEs, how do i passcode protect my phone now? Anyone can open it by pressing on home button and voila, all is accessible
People that do not have their fingers registered with the Touch ID can do this on YOUR phone? Or only you can do this On YOUR phone?
fair question. I havent used the touch feature for a long time because it didnt work very well. I will have to see if that is the case

If you did not have a fingerprint registered on the device, then two clicks of the home button would have taken you to the passcode entry screen. There is no more swipe to unlock - that feature has been removed in iOS 10. Screen unlocking now uses two home button clicks - immediately then unlocks if using fingerprint recognition. Otherwise the second click takes you to login screen.
