Go to Settings > Bluetooth and unpair, then pair afresh the keyboard. Also restart your TV via Settings or by disconnecting the power cord for about 30 seconds.

If you have other  iDevices, you can also download the Remote app and use the keyboard on those devices.

Thank you Rysz, but all of your advises were done before. Problem is that Keyboard can't be Unpair as it is not on the list of known devices. The wheel for search always turn, thens and Keyboard appears as possible bluetooth device but after a short time a message appears : Can't be connected please verify if the keyboard is ON...??? I think to reinitialize AppleTV with iTune to restart from fresh then reload all apps and see if this will be the solution.

Don't jump to that solution just yet, unless you don't mind re-entring all your settings and getting a USB-C to USB cable.

I would suggest to check the keyboard by pairing it with another device first. Just to make sure it's not the keyboard that is the issue. Also check if TV is able to pair with other BT devices.

If it checks OK, then go gradually thru the ever more involved options in Settings > General > Restore. Restoring via iTunes should be the last one on your list.
