I restarted my Iphone 5C and it won't turn back on again, I've tried turning it on,charging it,plugging it into the computer and restarting it again. I was wondering how I should solve this problem seeing as it's a Sunday and the shop is closed.

Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo .
This may take 30 seconds .

I've tried that many times and it's took a few minutes each time, it doesn't turn on it comes up with a picture of the charger and an arrow pointing to the itunes logo. I don't have any other ideas ,please help.
