I tried resetting my Apple ID password. I have my Recovery Key, Apple ID and a registered number.
The Verification code is not been delivered to my phone number. I've tried on several attempts and its all the same. my ID is presently locked out and i cannot access it. i can be reached on kcononiwu@hotmail.com for any support
