No computer for iTunes

I previously ran my "master" Itunes off of my PC for my iPad, iPhone 6, and my daughters iPad. My problem is that now I don't have a PC or home computer of any kind. I function solely off of my iPhone 6 and my 120GB iPad Pro. How can I set my iPad Pro up to have iTunes function on the pad exactly as it did on the computer?? Help!!
