My HP 5514 Printer no longer scans after upgrading to Sierra. Any suggestions?
My scanner will scan but not save since I upgraded to Sierra. I use a Photosmart 5514 from HP. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I spoke to HP support who are aware of the problem and say that Apple is also aware of the problem. In the meantime they suggested going to Preferences > Printers & Scanners, then select Open scanner and you can scan from there. Worked for me.
