After updating to the last version of iOS 10.0.2 the auto-lock on my iPAD Air 2 stopped working. I have checked the setting - it's set to 2 minutes, and tried restarting the device - it didn't help. I am pretty sure that the update caused that, as right after the installing the update I have continued using the device and noticed this issue. Did anyone else have similar problem?

Believe it or not this is the fix.
1. Turn passcode off
2. Reboot
3. Turn passcode back on. You need to create a new passcode but enter the original one
4. Reboot
This also fixes the wiggling icons cannot delete an app problem.
Thanks for the advice, K4AA, but it didn't help. The screen still doesn't lock automatically and you are right, I can't delete any of the apps on my iPad.
Do it again. Make sure you do a hard reboot. Home button and pwr button simultaneously for 10 sec. each time.
