My iPhone and iPad do not see my home wifi. I must manually set it. Then when they go into sleep mode, they disconnect. I have done both an all network reset on the iPhone/ipad and router and modem reset. No change. My macbook and internet phone work fine. Also when I am on someone else's wifi my iPhone/ipad work fine. This seems to have started after installing the IOS 10.0.2 update. My iPhone is the 5s . Can anybody help?

Is this a 2.4 or 5Mhz network? What version of security are you using for the network? You can take a look at this to see if you have the settings on your network correct. Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
Chris, it's a 2.4 GHz . I haven't made any changes to my wifi or settings since before I ever bought my iphone or iPad. Never had a problem till now. Like I said before, my macbook works with it just fine. Weird. Thanks for the help. Appreciate it.
Does your router have the ability to create a guest network? If so, try turning that on. Are you broadcasting the SSID? Sometimes the iPhone has issues with hidden SSID networks, but after connecting the first time you are okay.
