How can I set up remote camera via wi fi

I would like to set up an outdoor camera to provide pictures to wunderground.

I have an old iSite camera from a billion years ago, that I would like to set up to join my Wi-Fi network so I can provide pictures of what it looks like here on the South Shore of Kauai. Wunderground would periodically poll an http link to get the current conditions.

Is it possible to attach this camera to an Airport Express via the USB and have it work?

If not, would someone like to provide their experience with some alternatives?
