Why can't I see my stereo in AirPlay after I updated to 10.0.2?

After I updated to IOS 10.0.2 I can no longer see my stereo running on airport express. The old Airplay has been renamed to AirPlay Mirroring, and shows only my Apple TV. How can I find my stereo? Is there a switch somewhere, or did Apple just screw this up so it no longer works?
