Q: macOS Sierra and Reminders notification badge counter stuck
Hallo everyone,
I've upgraded my Early 2015 MBP 13" Retina to macOS Sierra 10.12 a week ago and since then my Reminders notification badge icon shows "1" even though I've no reminders outdated. On my iPhone 6, iPad Pro 9,7" (both with iOS 10.0.2) and iCloud no badge are shown. How can I resolve this issue? I've searched all over internet.
I've tried:
- disabling the badge option in settings and resetting the MBP;
- typing in Terminal the command "killall -KILL Dock" both with "sudo" and without it;
- logging out and logging in again to my iCloud account;
no results at all.
Any other suggestion please?
Thanks a lot

For those who will encounter this problem, thanks to a user I finally solved the issue.
Here is what I did:
Logged in to www.icloud.com went to Settings and restored a previous auto-backup of two days before (even though my issue started earlier). After the restore completed my icon badge went away automatically.
At the end of the process I only had to re-share my "Family" Calendar and Reminder with my girlfriend (if you have more you have to do it for each calendar/reminder list).
All my subscribed calendars were still synced after the process.
Hope this helps others......
