What happened to the clock app in iPad?

I used to use the clock app in my iPad while sleeping as a kind of a large wall clock.

I simply had to open the app, press on the clock I need, and it immediately enlarges its display and occupy the whole screen.

After the iOS 10 update, the clock app is different in this regard and I CANNOT enlarge the clock by any means.

Is it just me or had the clock app gone changes (other than the bed/alarm thingy)?

Hope to have it back to know the time while on my bed 🙂
