Contact Apple & ask for a repair or replacement if it is in warranty, otherwise enquire about getting it fixed if you have no warranty, they may charge unless it is a known problem or you have Apple care. Warranties are normally a year in many countries yours may be different.
You can try erasing & restoring the device to confirm that it is a hardware fault, just back it up in iTunes (use encrypted backups to keep the passwords) or use iCloud. Then 'factory reset' in settings app or use iTunes to 'restore' to the clean OS.
