Hello team,
I have a Macbook Pro 2010 that was upgrading to OS Sierra, on the last process its just got stock and it wont complete the upgrade after a couple turn of and restart nothing happen, so I try to reinstall OS El Capitan, but is not available at the App Store.
Sadly im not in the US at the moment and not planing to travel until late march, so now im stock here with no PC

If you installed El Capitan from the App Store, you can still download it from your Purchased tab in the App Store.
Alternatively, depending on how far the installation of Sierra got, you can try a reinstall from the recovery partition. See About macOS Recovery - Apple Support for detailed steps.

Yes I try but it send me a message that is temporary out of the App Store, if I could add it to my account and re-download it will be fine but when I go to Disk Utility and select the option reinstall OS El Capital I get that error and cant continue.
Is there any way to added to my account.
Are you saying it is not in your App Store "Purchased" tab even though you originally downloaded it from the App Store?
Yes, I never had OS El Capital on my app when I puchased this Macbook Pro it came with the OS El Capitan, so in this case i dont have it on my Account.

Yes thats good but the only issue here is that I will lose all my information and files. And im not in the US at the moment im going on march so until then i cant do nothing
