Siri not working on MacOS Sierra?

Is anyone else having this issue. When i had first installed MacOS Sierra the first thing i wanted to test was Siri. So I clicked the Siri icon on the bottom of the screen and nothing appeared. I have tried a lot of things and Siri still dose not work on my Mac. I created a TestAccount on my mac and on the test account Siri works. Dose Anyone know how to fix this I have tried. Reseting NVRAM, SMC, and Re-Downloading MacOS Sierra.
