How Do You Hide iTunes Songs in the Cloud from My Library?

When iOS 10 update came down, it appears I've lost the ability to only show songs that are on my phone. Now I have all this clutter with cloud icons for stuff only my kids listen to (you know, those "songs" that they only talk in rhymes and don't sing at all???). In earlier versions I could find my songs without having scrilll through all the cloud clutter. How do I do that in iOS 10?
