Problems with iOS 10.02 update

Ever since the update, opening the iPad , iPad mini or iPhone 6 takes more than one try. All of them!

Getting mail or opening safari takes forever, doesn't connect on first access and or indicates error,

this is more than annoying.

removing apps doesn't work on first try.

certain icons have taken up another name, so tried restarting the pad or iPhone to get rid of unknown or changed icon or app.

I have no problem connecting to the web using computer and windows 7

I Have no idea why this is happening, or what can be done to speed up connections!?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 10.0.2

Hi. First, you do know that you have to click the Home button once, or open the cover, to see the lock screen. Then click the Home button again to open the device. Second, if you're having WiFi trouble, the Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settimgs. Then go to Settings > WiFi and reconnect to the network. It might also help to restart the router. See if it's any better after those steps.

I have tried this fix and it did work after a couple of tries and of router reboots.

Now I'm having trouble with apps just closing while in use, and long used charging cords suddenly causing 'device may not be supported' messages and my phone not charging. I need a very long cord or my phone will be on the floor while charging. VERY inconvenient!

Being kicked out of apps is no fun either. Games will lose any progress you've made and have to start over. Anyone else having these issues?
