I have no idea.
Although Photo Stream sounds like a great thing for free, it has limits. You can only store photos there for 30 days.

Oct 3, 2016 5:28 PM in response to tlfmdby zinacef,To clear up a couple misunderstandings - you're not subscribing to Photo Stream, you're subscribing to iCloud space. When Photo Stream is enabled, it uploads all of your new photos (to iCloud) and sends them to all of your iCloud devices (providing you're connected to WiFi).
As for your second question - you can "stash" your photos in iCloud and have access to them; however, clearing up another misunderstanding - if you wish to "keep" your "phone memory lighter" you will have to use the 'Optimize iPhone Storage' feature on the phone which keeps a thumbnail of photo on your iPhone thereby conserving space on your device.
If you're thinking well, I want to delete them from my iPhone to make my "memory lighter", then you'll have to consider a third party option, e.g. Dropbox, Flickr, or Google Photos.
