Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that since updating to iOS 10 you've been unable to access the App Store, check for updates, and experienced slower internet. I know all of these issues can impact your general use of the iPad. I'm happy to help.
If you haven't already, I recommend restarting the phone. This can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Use the steps below:
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, try resetting the network settings. This will take your network settings back to default, including Wi-Fi networks and passwords, VPN, and APN settings. Reset network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.Have a great day!
