I have the 1st Gen AppleWatch. I was trying to update it and it was in the "installing" phase when the update was interrupted. Now all I get when trying to turn my applewatch on is an error message telling me to log-on to Apple.com/help/watch. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Have you tried Force Restarting the device? Pressing and holding the Digital Crown and side button for 10 seconds should do it. After 10 seconds, you should see the white Apple logo on a black screen while the device boots.
