Oct 3, 2016 9:03 AM in response to adonistronby Schneb,When I upgraded to Lion, half of my applications stopped working. So, decision, pay thousands of dollars to upgrade my apps to new (and sometimes inferior usability) upgrades, or go back to 10.6.8. I did the latter. The older iTunes was better designed, iMovie was MUCH better, and it all just worked. I no longer upgrade (for as long as I can). Unfortunately, my iPod Touch will no longer sync, either. I decided to use my Windows machine to add items to my iPod (pathetic, huh?). When I had an SSD added to my iMac, I had the Mac Tech make a partition for El Capitan. So, for 95% of my tasks I use Snow Leopard. But, when I need an app that can only work in 10.7+, I reboot in El Capitan.
