Oct 3, 2016 4:46 AM in response to laur.jhby Diana.McCall,Hi. Were you trying to update over WiFi, or connected to a computer with iTunes? If using WiFi, you should be able to delete the partial download in Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > STORAGE Manage Storage. Then restart by holding Sleep and Home buttons until you see the Apple. Be sure you have enough free storage, say at least 5 GB. Connect to the charger and try again.
