Q: Salary column to come up as $ not time?
Am trying to get this to work but can't. please help. Need to get the Salary column to come up as $ instead of time. Every time it multiplies by 12, it ends up multiplying it by time and not by $12. So i'll get 48 h 0m instead of $48. There are some pics of what I'm trying to accomplish. There's a pic of what's happening and another pic of my formula before entering the time in time out and getting the duration product under salary. Please Help. Thanks

You are multiplying a duration by a number. The result is a duration. Which makes sense—If you do 15 minutes (duration) of exercise each day for five days (number) you will have done 1.25 hours (duration) of exercise.
For a numerical result, you need to multiply a number (of hours) by a number of $ per hour. Your friend here is DUR2HOURS, which converts a duration into a number representing the number of hours:
