Hi all. I have an iPhone6+ (10.0.2) and I am trying to down load PDF files off emails to iBooks. My problem is I can't seem to find the 'Save PDF to iBooks'. I open the PDF off the emails and go to the download icon but the 'Save PDF to iBooks' does not appear. I have look at my friends phone and her icon is available.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

On iOS 10 it looks like there should be an option for Import with iBooks. It doesn't seem like this toggle can be removed, but try scrolling to the right and selecting More and see if the option is present. If so, try toggling it on if the option is available or dragging it closer to the top.
