Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, juan carlosfromguayaquil.
I see that you have some questions about iPhone 7 and unlocking. When a cellphone is unlocked, it means that you can use another carriers SIM card inside of the phone, which usually also means you can use an international SIM card. All iPhones are world phones, so you can use them with GSM network in over 200 different countries. LTE data varies in some countries and may not always be available. You can check out Ultrafast LTE. Available in more places than ever before. for a list of countries and carriers that support LTE.
The iPhone 7 does not automacatially come unlocked, but you can purchase it that way here: Purchase iPhone 7. If you purchase an iPhone 7 that is not already unlocked, you can request to have it unlocked from your carrier later. Take a look at How to unlock your iPhone for more information on how to do that.
Thanks for using Apple Suport Communities.
Take care.
