Q: Recommendations/Tips for a newbie contributor?

Hey all!

I started contributing to the Support Communities today, but the interface can seem a little tricky to work with sometimes. I was hoping some helpful people would be willing to share any tips/advice for someone new to the area!

Currently I'm just clicking the "Content" link and refreshing for new questions to answer, while occasionally sorted by "participated" to follow up on answered questions. Really hoping to find some more user-friendly ways to check on different communities or focus on specializations.
