Q: Tempo change for som time and then back

I have a problem with my bpm change. I have a project recorded in 115 bpm. I want to record a bridge in 130 bpm and then go back in 115 for my final refrain and outro. How can I do this?

    There are several ways to do this...

     

    1/ in the region inspector make sure follow tempo & Pitch is checked.

    2/ Place the playhead where you want the 130 BPM to start and change the tempo up in the display.

    3/ Place the playhead where  you want the 130 to end ( go back to 115) and change the tempo up in the display.

     

    4/ If you open the global tempo track -  you will now see the tempo changes visually (you can also change the tempo's from the global tempo track as well.

     

    You could also turn on flex and and do the the above.
