Q: Roxio Toast forum

Problem with using Roxio Titanium Toast MYDVD in Magic Mode with Mac Pro running 10.11.6

I bought Titanium Toast about six weeks ago so that I could make a DVD of a family wedding, with music, photos and menus (as I used to do with IDVD)

I then opened MyDVD and named the DVD and chose a theme. I dragged a Movie (H264 format) into the Drag Movies Here area

I then wanted to add photos and music

The instructions said to add other media from the Media Pane on the left by dragging it to the Drag Movies Here Area

I clicked on the drop down arrows next to each folder but in each case I was unable to open the final nested folder to reach the media files.

I then tried dragging the media files into the Drag Movies Area direct from their locations on my Mac. I got the message that the files weren’t supported. The file types were m4a files from ITunes, AIFF files from the music CD and .jpegs for the photos.

Coral have suggested trashing the preference files, so I did that but it made no difference.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get this software to work?

I've already posted this question on the Roxio Forums and been told no one can help me because I'm using a Mac. Roxio Support (Coral) have been no help either.

Thanks very much
