Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We can see from your post that your Maps app doesn't display where your car was last parked when it disconnects from your car's Bluetooth. We want for you to to be able to take advantage of all the new features in iOS 10 and have a few things to try and get this working for you. If you haven't already, let's try and force close the Maps app and restart your device. You can even remove the Maps app and redownload from the App Store if that doesn't work. The links below provide these steps in detail.
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS device with iOS 10
Hope this helps.
Cheers. -

I tried all suggested operations but still not working.
How does the iPhone recognise the car BlueTooth device as a car?
In my case, it is listed in BlueTooth devices as a "Mazda".
Is there anything I can do to tell my iPhone this is a car?
Thanks
Alberto
