Share Playlist in iOS 10

I want to share a playlist in Apple Music from my iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 10.0.2. The Share Playlist feature does not appear where it should when pressing the ellipse button. Every other option appears, except for that one. I can, though, share individual songs with no problem.

Do I need to turn on iCloud in Music for this to work? I prefer not to have it turned on. But if that's a / the only solution, I guess I have no choice.

Any and all comments are appreciated!

Greetings bj_robertson,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to share a playlist from the Apple Music app on the iPhone. You are able to share Apple Music Playlists and personally created Playlists but not Smart Playlists like My Top Rated or Recently Added (the ones with the gears). I would recommend you read this article, it has good information on how the Apple Music app works.

Use Apple Music in the Music app - Apple Support

Take care.
