Q: Why hasn't Apple addressed listening to ALREADY purchased/owned iTunes music in workplace for those who CANNOT listen via personally owned devices?

I work for the federal government (a VERY large number of your customers also live this reality; but really, this issue, increasingly (given internet cyber environment) affects MANY of your customers and the industries for whom they work).  For IT security reasons, we cannot bring our own personal devices (not even our smart/cell phones) into the workspace.  Likewise, employer does NOT allow download of .exe files from the internet (so we cannot/cannot download iTunes).  And to further complicate, they use Windows PCs throughout; so iTunes is NOT/NOT standard.

Likewise, we can't bring in "burned disks" of music; again for IT security reasons.  And we can't 'synch', etc. onto an employer owned and secured IT system.

The majority of our waking lives are spent at our places of employment.  We want to listen to music we have already purchased and KNOW we like; extensive personal music libraries given the number of years iTunes has now been around.  We DON'T want to have to listen, most times, to some iTunes music streaming or Pandora; which pushes unpurchased music our direction (if we had like it, we would have already bought it).

Yet our PURCHASED and FAVORITE music sits behind a rigid Apple - to - employer impasse:  Apple has rigidly placed an IT model which doesn't allow us to sign into and stream our own, purchased music when and where we CAN'T use our own apple devices; and our employers (for very valid and ever increasing IT cyber security concerns) won't allow us to download the iTunes .exe file, so we can listen TO OUR OWN MUSIC LIBRARIES.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something innovative to fix this!!!!!!
