I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1 on my laptop. I'm unable to install iTunes 12.5.1.21 x64. Every time I attempt to install, I get the following error attached:

Try repairing Apple Software Update from the programs & features control panel, and then try to update iTunes again.
