Mac Storage shows Full in as OTHER

There is less than 55 GB data in my MacBook Air 13'' 256GB but still shows full.Its showing 190.48GB in OTHER catagory. Whats this other category? I don't store anything on my Mac.All data is on External Hard Drive.What to do? Please Help. I Even Turned Time Machine Off but problem still persists.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
