Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you've been unable to AirPrint with your iPad. I know printing from any device can be very helpful and sometimes crucial. I'm happy to help.
If you haven't already, try restarting the iPad. This can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Use the steps below.- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, make sure your iPad software is up to date.

Oct 4, 2016 4:14 PM in response to jeremy_vby Cswqueen,Already did that and it didn't work. It worked fine until two days ago and all of a sudden it doesn't work on any of my apple devices. It would load the preview and then disappear and nothing prints out. It's when I select print from my email So far as noticed
