I see that you have a download that is stuck on waiting and you can't delete it or remove. It has been this way for two days. I definitely want to make sure that you can get your download.
I would suggest trying to restart your iPad, and then try to see if you can start your download again: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you have a Wi-Fi + Cellular model iPad, I would also try this on both Wi-Fi and cellular data.
Let us know how this goes, we'll help you complete this download.
