Q: Spammer defeating Mail Rule tool

I use the Mail Rules tool to send future emails from spammers straight to the iCloud trash. This has been highly effective in the past, but a couple of spammers seem to be defeating the Rules tool as they still get through to my Inbox. The latest is from "numerwo.com". I believe that domain emanates from Romania. Does anyone know of an effective way to block them?

the really good spammers are buying the same software we use to block them and while most of what we block gets stopped there is always someone who is one step ahead. The software is only a good as some spammers determination to neutralize it.
