Q: beachball Yosemite

I have been experiencing the spinning beachball, this happens when ever I have to either upload or download something. For instance, when I'm in Adobe Creative Cloud either opening or saving a document and I notice this whenever I'm doing anything in the Safari browser, did not bother to check any other browsers. The screenshot is the activity Monitor with the culprit in red.

This issue is real bad and slows my work down to a crawl. Any help?
