    Hi, Hoodsie Cup!

Thanks for reaching out via the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I am understanding that you would like to set up all the computers at your non-profit to be able to use the same iCloud account with FileVault on multiple computers. I'd be happy to help provide you some information on your options!

If all of the computers are signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID, you can follow the steps in the article linked below to set up FileVault with password recovery options through that one iCloud account.

Use FileVault to encrypted the startup disk on your Mac

As an administrator, if you would prefer to set a master password and private recovery key, you would not be able to use the iCloud account. Instead, you would use the instructions in the following article (which you were previous looking at).

    Have a great day!
