"LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810"

So I'm trying to open an application, and it gives me an error when I try to open it says "The application “cheatengine-i386” can’t be opened.".I then tried to open it in terminal to see if it gave me an error code, so it gave me this: LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /Users/'Username'/Desktop/CEMacApril2012/cheatengine-i386.app. Please help me fix this! I am running Mac OS Sierra on a late 2012 (I think it's that model) Macbook air.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), 57 GB

In the Terminal, copy/paste the blue text below. If an attempt to run the compiled binary fails, it will either be a macOS Sierra runtime issue, possibly a 32-bit issue, or a need to actually make the binary executable itself. You may have an application that needs to be recompiled from sources again.

$ cd ~/Desktop/CEMacApril2012

# run whatever the binary name is within the following MacOS folder (I showed cheatengine)

$ ./cheatengine-i386/Contents/MacOS/cheatengine

# if still doesn't work...

$ chmod +x ./cheatengine-i386/Contents/MacOS/cheatengine

$ ./cheatengine-i386/Contents/MacOS/cheatengine
