Personal hotspot pop ups

hi everyone,

I've posted my problem before but i didn't get any answer, I think I wasn't so clear about it.

the problem is that when I'm trying to connect to my personal hotspot, I get a pop up before connecting.

something about iclouddnsbypass, which is actually a bit confusing...

I read through the web that my carrier can actually control the pop ups that goes with the personal hot spot but I don't think my carrier would have anything to do with an icloud bypass thing.

I hope it's not some kind of a security breach.
