Q: Music App missing


Hi can anyone help solve my problem?  My husbands iphone 5 IOS 10.0.2 is missing the music icon I have tried going into settings and then reset then resetting home screen layout but it still does appear, I have also tried restarting iphone?  I just cant find how to get it back?

Sounds like it may have been deleted. Here is a support article with info on Deleting and re-installing Apple built-in apps: Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS device with iOS 10 - Apple Support

 

To reinstall, you basically have to go to the App Store, find the app, and re-download it. If it has been deleted, user data associated with it will be lost.
