I got this error message when I tried to update my voicemail greeting.
Any idea how to fix it?
I am unable to have a custom greeting due to the error noted. that is The operation couldn't be completed.

Just as I was getting ready to do a restore from back-up, I decided to try again and it worked. One suggestion I received (but didn't apply to me) was to turn off WiFi when setting up the voicemail greeting.

I had this problem on 2 of our lines when we switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. The third line was OK. We naver experienced this problem when with Verizon.
So I called Apple, they said it's a T-Mobile set up that makes this problems. I spent a few hours on the phone with Nike from T-Mobile and Voile!!! It's setup and works correctly.
