why are all my contacts, photos, and emails gone from ICloud after the IOS 10.0.2
i've tried everything, turning off and on everything, resetting and restoring, and everything and nothing. Someone please help

Did you log into iCloud after the update? Have you tried toggling Contacts, Mail, iCloud Photo Library on/off? Have you also tried signing out of your iCloud account, then signing back in?
